Tibken & Co. is a boutique hospitality procurement firm, founded in 2003 with offices in Germany and Thailand. Led by Project Director Jo Chaninahrak in Thailand and supported by industry veteran Peter Tibken, we deliver premium, end-to-end procurement solutions for luxury 5-star hotels across Asia—on time, within budget, and with uncompromising quality.

Chuencheewan (Jo) Chaninahrak

Project Director

Jo is a Procurement Consultant in the luxury hospitality industry with a background in Electrical Engineering. She began her hotel career as an Executive Assistant at a 5-star resort in southern Thailand and soon moved to Bangkok, where she joined the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok project team. Since then, Jo has played a key role in launching luxury hotels across Asia, including projects in Indonesia, the UAE, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia, as well as boutique properties in Koh Samui and Siem Reap. With over 20 successful international projects, she is known for her reliability, strategic insight, and ability to build long-term, trusted partnerships.

Meet

Peter Tibken

Peter Tibken is a hospitality procurement specialist with a background in hotel operations and hotel business economics. After starting his career in hotels in 1989 and later specializing in procurement at the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, he founded Tibken Associates in Germany in 2003. Under his leadership, the company has grown into an international firm with offices in Bangkok and Bali, sourcing operating supplies, FF&E, and furnishings for hotel projects worldwide.
